Fee Policy
M. Margaret Bradshaw P. C. does not
collect a fee unless you win your social security disability or supplemental
security income (SSI) case.
For a social security disability claim,
the Social Security Administration (SSA) issues an attorney's fee check
for 25% of the claimant's past due benefits, up to $5300 in most cases.
For such claims, the claimant advances only a small sum for costs such
as medical records.
In supplemental security income (SSI) claims,
clients are required to advance fees to the firm, in addition to costs,
to be held in an escrow account until the conclusion of the case. The
fees would be returned to the client if the claim is not successful.
Please call us for more information about
our fee policy.
